Rooli Casino Bonus Rules

This page explains the conditions that apply to bonuses, free spins, cashback, promotional offers and tournament rewards available at Rooli. Individual promotions may include additional rules, so the terms shown with a specific offer should also be checked before it is activated.
1. How Rooli Bonuses Work
Bonus amounts, qualifying deposits, betting limits and prizes may be displayed in different supported currencies. Currency equivalents are set by Rooli unless a particular promotion states otherwise.
Unless different conditions are shown for an offer, the minimum qualifying deposit for a deposit bonus is €20 or its applicable currency equivalent.
Promotion dates and times are based on UTC.
Only one bonus can be active at a time. Deposit bonuses cannot be combined or stacked with another active bonus.
A bonus may normally be claimed only once by the same player. This restriction can also apply to accounts linked through the same:
- person or player account;
- family or household;
- residential address;
- payment card;
- IP address;
- shared computer or network environment.
Unless a promotion specifically says otherwise, cashback is treated as a bonus and is subject to the general bonus rules.
Rooli may change, suspend or withdraw a promotion, bonus or tournament where necessary. The current version of the Bonus Terms published on the Website applies.
The official version of these rules is the English version. Translations may be provided for convenience, but the English text takes priority if there is a difference between versions.
2. Bonus Validity and Maximum Winnings
Every bonus has a validity period. If the applicable wagering requirement is not completed before that period expires, the remaining bonus funds and related bonus winnings may be removed.
A bonus balance may also be cancelled automatically when the active balance connected with that bonus falls to €0.05 or less, or the equivalent in another currency.
Maximum win limits remain applicable even after wagering has been completed where the promotion terms provide for such a restriction.

3. Wagering a Bonus
Unless another requirement is specified, bonus funds must be wagered 45 times before associated winnings become available for withdrawal.
If a withdrawal is requested before the wagering requirement has been completed, the active bonus and winnings connected with it may be cancelled.
When a deposit bonus is active, real-money funds are used before bonus funds.
A deposit bonus can be cancelled before wagering begins. Where free spins form part of that same deposit promotion, cancelling the bonus may also remove the related free spins.
Maximum Bet While Wagering
While a bonus is being wagered, the standard maximum bet is:

The limit also applies to increased bets made after a completed round and to bonus features purchased within a game.
If the maximum bet rule is breached, winnings generated from the bonus may be cancelled and the original qualifying deposit may be returned according to the applicable terms.
4. Game Contribution
Not all casino games contribute to wagering at the same rate. Unless another value is specified for a promotion, the following contribution rates apply:

6. Games That May Be Restricted With an Active Bonus

Jackpot slots may also be excluded from play with bonus funds. The current game restrictions shown on the Website or within an active promotion take precedence if the available list changes.
7. Promotion Misuse
Bonuses, free spins, lotteries and tournaments must be used in the way described in their terms. Activity intended to exploit a promotion rather than use it normally may be treated as bonus abuse.
Prohibited activity includes:
- using more than one account to obtain the same promotion;
- delaying game rounds or bonus features until wagering has been completed;
- saving an unfinished bonus feature and completing it later with cash funds;
- deliberately progressing a game feature with bonus funds and completing it after the bonus has ended;
- using betting patterns whose primary purpose is to exploit bonus conditions;
- attempting to gain an unfair financial advantage from a promotion.
If bonus abuse is confirmed, Rooli may cancel the affected bonus and any winnings generated through the prohibited activity. Access to future promotions may also be restricted.
8. Cancelling an Active Bonus
A bonus can normally be cancelled before wagering begins. After gameplay has started, different conditions may apply depending on the promotion.
If a bonus expires before its wagering requirement is completed, remaining bonus funds and related winnings can be removed from the account.
Games that do not qualify for wagering may also be unavailable while the bonus remains active.
9. Tournament Rules
Unless the rules of an individual tournament state otherwise, tournament prizes are treated as bonuses and remain subject to these Bonus Terms.
A tournament finishes at the time published for that event. Only completed spins, hands and bonus features count towards the final result.
A game round or bonus feature still in progress when the tournament closes does not count towards the final tournament result.
Tournament Prizes
Eligible prizes are normally credited to the casino balance between a few minutes and 72 hours after the tournament ends.
Only one Rooli account may be used to participate in a tournament. Players using multiple active accounts may lose tournament winnings, and the related accounts may be restricted or closed.
Tournament leaderboards are normally refreshed once per minute. Because of this, a player’s displayed position or tournament balance may briefly differ from the most recent completed result.
